| | | Any item purchased on our website may be returned within twenty-one days for a full refund if accompanied by a valid receipt, in its original condition (unused) and with its original packaging. However, for reasons of hygiene we will not exchange or refund any food items. |

If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product is unavailable at time of order, we will inform you by email of the approximate date of availability, and again by email, when the item comes back into stock. |
